Trust Center Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DeepXL Trust Center ("Trust Center"), operated by DeepXL Corp ("DeepXL," "we," "our," or "us"). The Trust Center provides security, privacy, and compliance information related to DeepXL's AI Fraud Detection services. By accessing or using the Trust Center, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope and Updates

These Terms apply specifically to the Trust Center and its contents. Your use of DeepXL's services is governed by separate service agreements. We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version. Your continued use of the Trust Center after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Trust Center Access and Use

3.1 Authorized Use

The Trust Center is intended for use by current and prospective customers, particularly those in the financial services and insurance industries. You may access and use the Trust Center only for legitimate business purposes related to evaluating or maintaining a relationship with DeepXL.

You agree not to misrepresent your identity or authority to access the Trust Center, use the Trust Center for any unlawful purpose, attempt to bypass security measures or access unauthorized areas, copy, modify, or create derivative works of Trust Center content, or use Trust Center content for competitive analysis or similar commercial purposes.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Ownership

All content within the Trust Center, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, policies, and documentation, is owned by DeepXL and protected by United States intellectual property laws.

4.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view Trust Center content solely for your internal business purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, distribute, or modify Trust Center content.

5. Confidentiality

5.1 Confidential Information

Certain Trust Center content may constitute confidential information. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information, use appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, limit access to authorized personnel with a legitimate business need, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized disclosure.

5.2 Exceptions

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is or becomes publicly available through no fault of yours, was rightfully known to you before access to the Trust Center, is received from a third party without confidentiality obligations, or is independently developed without use of our confidential information.

6. Accuracy and Updates

6.1 Content Currency

While we strive to maintain current and accurate information in the Trust Center, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content. You should verify critical information independently.

6.2 Documentation Updates

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepXL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Trust Center.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DeepXL and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Trust Center.

10. Term and Termination

10.1 Duration

These Terms remain in effect while you access or use the Trust Center. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately without notice for any violation of these Terms.

10.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Trust Center. Provisions related to intellectual property rights, confidentiality, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
