2. General "No Refunds" Policy
As a general rule, all purchases made through DeepXL are final and non-refundable. However, we do offer refunds in specific circumstances as outlined in this policy.
3. Subscription Plans
3.1. Monthly Subscriptions: We do not offer refunds for monthly subscription plans. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.
3.2. Annual Subscriptions: We offer full refunds for annual subscriptions if cancelled within 30 days of the initial purchase or renewal date. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued for the remainder of the annual term.
3.3. Cooling-Off Period: For all new subscriptions (both monthly and annual), we offer a 7-day "cooling-off" period. If you cancel within this period, you will receive a full refund.
4. Pay-Per-Use Credits
4.1. Unused Credits: Any unused pay-per-use credits expire 12 months after the date of purchase. We do not offer refunds for unused credits.
4.2. Used Credits: Once API credits have been used, they are non-refundable.
5. Service Interruptions
5.1. In the event of service interruptions, we will issue refunds or service credits in accordance with our Service Level Agreement (SLA). Please refer to our SLA for specific details on eligibility and compensation.
6. Eligibility Criteria for Refunds Due to Dissatisfaction
6.1. If you are dissatisfied with our service, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
a. You have experienced persistent technical issues that our support team has been unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe. b. The service has failed to perform as described in our official documentation. c. You have not violated our Terms of Service.

7. Non-Refundable Fees
7.1. The following fees are non-refundable under any circumstances:

8.2. All refund requests are reviewed by our Customer Service Manager. We aim to provide a decision within 5 business days of receiving your request.
8.3. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
8.4. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution, typically taking 5-10 business days.
8.5. All refunds will be issued in the original currency of the transaction. Any currency conversion fees or fluctuations are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Fraudulent or Abusive Behavior
9.1. We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect fraudulent activity, repeated refund requests, or any other abuse of our refund policy.
