Quick Q&A with Kimberley
What impressed you about the mission of DeepXL?
"Fraud in claims and underwriting is accelerating, especially with manipulated documents and synthetic identities. DeepXL's explainable, plug-in API lets insurers add a high-trust defense layer without re-platforming. That combination of speed, clarity, and measurable impact is what insurers need right now."
Where's the biggest opportunity for DeepXL in insurance?
"Embedding fraud defense directly in FNOL (First Notice of Loss) and underwriting workflows. If you can stop tampered docs and suspicious media at intake, you protect loss ratios, reduce manual review, and improve customer experience—all at once."
Who would benefit from DeepXL in the insurance industry?
"Carriers, reinsurers, MGAs, TPAs, and broker platforms handling high volumes of document/ID verification or claims evidence and medical bills. Or if you're modernizing SIU (Special Investigations Unit) or digitizing intake, let's talk."
DeepXL is building AI-powered fraud defense for insurance—transparent, fast, and integration-friendly. We're thrilled to have Kim onboard.
